Death of a Salesman is the story by Miller originally won the 1949 Pulitzer Prize for Drama and Tony Award for Best Play. The play addresses loss of identity and a man's inability to accept change within himself and society. The play is a montage of memories, dreams, confrontations, and arguments which occur within the last 24 hours of Willy Loman’s life.

Students from business, health and social care, childcare, arts and media, construction, electrical engineering and our full time English and Maths programme were in attendance, one commenting, “It reminded me of the relationship with my own father” and another saying, “I’d watch that again”

This gave students a taste of theatrical performance and how to write engaging and detailed reviews as part of our English provision.
