At South Bank Colleges, we’re all about preparing our students for the real world. Recently, students had the exciting opportunity to take part in speed interviews with our Work Experience Team, an engaging and dynamic way to sharpen their interview skills and boost their confidence.

During the session, students rotated between interviewers, answering rapid fire questions designed to mimic real life job interviews. This fast paced environment encouraged them to think on their feet, articulate their experiences, and present themselves professionally under pressure.

For many, it was their first experience in an interview setting, providing valuable insight into what employers look for. The Work Experience Team also gave instant feedback, helping students refine their answers, improve their body language, and build stronger communication skills.
