On Saturday 28th January, London South Bank Technical College had it's first 'Sneak Peak' Open Event! Teachers were ready to answer any questions people had about the STEAM courses the college offers and ways of teaching across the following subject areas and pathways. Guests were able to explore courses including:
- Apprenticeships
- Computing (IT)
- Construction
- Games Design
- Dental Technology
- Engineering
- Film and TV production
- Health and social care
- Photography
- Science
We also had the Additional Learning Support team and our Learner Development Coaches available to speak to guests about the support offered to help them succeed with us. The Open Event provided a unique opportunity for prospective students and their families to explore the new campus and see what it has to offer. The facilities were well-received, with many attendees commenting on the modern and spacious feel of the new campus. Additionally, staff members were on hand to answer any questions and provide more information about the courses. This was a great opportunity for attendees to get a better understanding of the education and support they can expect as a student at the new campus. Overall, the Open Event was a great success and we are excited for the future of the new campus. We would like to thank everyone who attended and we look forward to welcoming our new students in the near future.
